Due to continued growth, we are actively seeking a Waterproofing Manager to join our team in Springdale, AR. This individual is responsible for overseeing the overall management of waterproofing jobsites including safety, quality, employee development, and production. This position is also responsible for sales/marketing within the branch and building relationships in order to seek referrals and gain repeat business.

Essential Functions:

  • Jobsite inspections for waterproofing production work
  • Conduct Pre-and Post-construct meetings on all waterproofing production jobs
  • Monitor and maintain a safe work environment meeting OSHA and Harness Roofing, Inc. standards
  • Document all incidents/near misses within 24 hours
  • Attend weekly safety meetings and conduct jobsite specific safety meetings as needed
  • Hire and train waterproofing team
  • Development of foremen which includes Career Development Program and foreman accountability for crew development such as mentoring and leading
  • Estimating of waterproofing jobs and meeting or exceeding profitability
  • Purchase materials and scheduling crews to meet customer needs and work within HRI budget
  • Monitor jobsite inventory and rented equipment to stay within budgeted costs and project schedules
  • Maintain HRI quality standards and pass manufacturer’s inspection
  • Perform pre-inspection punch list
  • Accompany manufacturer inspector and foreman on final punch list
  • Attend jobsite meetings with general contractor and/or building owner if required
  • Maintain relationships with building owners and/or owner’s representative and general contractors
  • Weekly job tracking
  • Obtain new customers (minimum of $1,000/maximum of $25,000) – 4 per quarter
  • Networking by establishing 3 new contacts per quarter
  • Marketing plan to develop and maintain a waterproofing presence
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Required Education and Licenses:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License
