Workforce Logistix is seeking an Office Assistant for our Van Buren main office. The right candidate must have a dynamic personality with a can-do attitude.
Previous experience with payroll processing and Excel spreadsheets will be a huge plus.
- Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Updating paperwork and managing filling systems
- Help to maintain documents and word processing
- Any additional duties as directed by office managers and supervisors
- Experienced with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must be able to multitask
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow directions
- Good math aptitude
