SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:

Support Harrison Energy Partners equipment sales and support of the outside sales group.

PRIMARY ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Working safely is our company’s number one business objective.   2. Meet daily deadlines for plan and spec jobs.
  3. Order job equipment accurately.
  4. Make accurate job submittals.
  5. Handle phone calls from customers.
  6. Support outside sales customers when Outside Sales Associates are absent.
  7. Promote and sell equipment to house accounts.
  8. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Broad knowledge of such fields as advanced accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc. Equivalent to 4 years of college, or 2 years technical degree, or 3 years related experience and/or training. Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

State driver’s license, auto insurance, auto registration, acceptable driving record.

PREFERRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

None indicated.

SOFTWARE SKILLS REQUIRED:

Specific Programs and/or skills:

Heavy presentation skills required.  Specialty software training provided upon hire.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS:

Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with customers, clients, general public and other employees of the organization.
